Neil King

Director & Adviser

With a background in Higher Education Senior Administration, Planning and Programmes, in 2000 Neil entered the world of Financial Services as a Mortgage and Insurance Adviser. He has a degree in Business Studies, and is a fully qualified Mortgage Consultant. At the age of 21 his degree studies were interrupted when he was told by doctors that they had diagnosed Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. He then underwent a period of intensive in-patient treatment following a course of Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, and finally a Bone Marrow Transplant. This has given him great empathy for those who encounter unexpected adverse circumstances. As a result he seeks to ensure that customers have the correct financial provisions in place to protect them in case of such events. Neil went on to successfully complete his degree, and gain further Post Graduate credits. He and his wife have lived in South Wales for over 20 years and, amongst other things, they love walking, gardening, travel, photography and music.


Anna Cox

Compliance & Office Support Administrator

Anna joined the team in 2017, and is an integral and key member of staff. Anna brings with her a history of commitment to her job, as well as administrative skills and the ability to work effectively alongside other colleagues. Anna is responsible for ensuring that we remain compliant within the boundaries of the requirements set out by our Network and the Financial Conduct Authority. She is skilled in document analysis, report generation, administration and data interrogation. Anna is committed to her young son, and enjoys music, caravanning, and socializing with friends.


Alan Harper

Customer & Provider Support Administrator

Alan also came on board in 2017. Having taken early retirement from his previous employment, he found that he needed to engage more productively than he was able to do at home. Alan brings with him a wealth of experience working with companies, suppliers and customers. His skills are geared towards research, case tracking and progression, and ensuring customers are supported through to the point of successful completion of their sales processes. Alan loves spending time with his children and grandchildren, and is partial to a good ale!
